Summary
Sure candy and flowers are great, but sometimes it’s the “little” things that show how much you care for another person. This is one of those recipes that’s so easy that I feel guilty even calling it a recipe. The result is pure decadence. …and love!
What you’ll need
2 large cups of coffee
1 tsp. Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa
1/2 cup low fat Skim milk (2% or Almond milk will work as well, but whole milk or cream will not)
1 tsp. sugar substitute or equivalent
Instructions
Step 1
When preparing the coffee, add 1 tsp. Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa to the ground coffee and proceed as usual. If you love isn’t in coffee mocha, eliminate this step.
Step 2
Heat the milk until it just starts to steam, then remove from the heat. Using an immersion blender, hand held mixer, a blender, or wire whisk; whip the milk until it gets VERY frothy.
Step 3
Spoon the milk froth over your coffee and sprinkle with the cocoa powder.
Step 4
This can also be done with chai replacing the cocoa with a sprinkling of ground ginger.
