Ingredients:
4 ounces chicken breast meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
One yellow onion, cut into 1-inch squares
One red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
One green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Thread chicken, onion, and pepper pieces alternately on skewer.
Season with salt and pepper and grill until chicken is fully cooked.
