Lime Cottage Salad

1 small box (0.3 ounces) sugar-free, lime flavored gelatin
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
2 cups low-fat, small curd cottage cheese
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, in juice, drained
2 cups fat-free whipped topping

Mix gelatin with yogurt in a medium bowl. Add cottage cheese and pineapple. Mix well.

Gently mix in whipped topping. This is ready to serve or can be refrigerated for late use.
