Summary
These treats are wonderful to eat at the end of a meal or as a healthy snack. The Greek yogurt gives a creamy taste without fat.
What you’ll need
2 cup plain Greek yogurt (zero fat)
2 med bananas diced
1 cup fresh blueberries
4 packet(s) of sugar substitute (optional)
1 tsp. food extract such as vanilla bean, maple, banana, hazelnut (optional)
4 oz Popsicle mold for 10 servings or 10 paper cups that hold 4 oz and 10 Popsicle sticks
(optional items are not included in the nutrition fact label)
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Step 2
Divide mixture between frozen pop molds or 10 paper cups.
Step 3
Place mold stick or pop sticks in center of the treat.
Step 4
Place on flat cookie tray and freeze in freezer.
Step 5
Serve after mixture freezes.
