Ingredients:
1/2 cup grated fat free Parmesan cheese
One envelope roasted garlic salad dressing mix
Six boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
Directions:
Mix cheese and salad dressing mix.
Mix beans, corn, red pepper and remaining 1/2-cup dressing. Serve with pork.
Moisten chicken with water; coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 400-degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through.
