¼ cup pizza sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Turkey Sausage Filling:
½ pound low-fat turkey smoked sausage, sliced very thin
1 green pepper, sliced
½ onion, sliced thin
1 cup (4 ounces) grated, reduced-fat cheese

Ground Meat Filling:
½ pound extra lean ground beef or ground turkey (7% fat, cooked and crumbled)
1 cup thinly sliced vegetables
1 cup (4 ounces) grated, reduced-fat cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

*Thaw frozen bread dough in the refrigerator overnight, then set out for about ½ hour at room temperature for easier rolling.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Roll dough into 10-inch by 14-inch rectangle. Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Spread pizza sauce on half of the dough. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Top with filling ingredients.
