Beef and Cabbage Sandwich

½ pound top sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
¾ cup sliced onion
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
Dash ground black pepper
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 whole-wheat pita breads (2 ounces each)
½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Brown the steak and onion. Add cabbage, salt (optional), pepper, caraway, and parsley. Continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender and beef is cooked to your liking.

Cut pita bread in half and microwave on high for 20 seconds or until warm.

Meanwhile, mix yogurt with mustard. Spread 2 tablespoons of yogurt mixture in each pita bread half. Fill with beef stir-fry.
