Baked Oatmeal

What you’ll need
3 tbsp. old fashioned oats
1 tbsp. ground flax
1/4 tsp. low sodium baking powder
3 packet(s) sugar substitute (Splenda used in analysis)
1 pinch of salt
1 drop(s) vanilla (1/8 teaspoon)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (sweetened with low calorie sweetener)
1 tsp. canola oil
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 oz low-fat yogurt
1 walnut chopped in pieces

Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients large microwave-safe mug.
Step 2
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes (or microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes) or until fully cooked. Top with the garnishes.
